After you get your eleven pipers piping, ten lords a-leaping, etc., wash it down with a good beer this Eleventh Day of Christmas! Nothing quite says Think, Drink and Be Merry like a Celtic Lass sitting on the edge of my pint of Guinness with a Celtic Cross in the background. I must confess, I have seen this vision, at least in my own mind, hundreds of times.
