Today is National Happy Life Day!

This is my father, Sir Kenneth of Wells, clowning around just a few days before he died from lung cancer. Sir Kenneth carried joy and a peaceful attitude all the way to the end. So, whatever it is that is getting you down today, remember that you have MUCH MORE TO BE HAPPY ABOUT! Gratitude is the Attitude of a true Knight of Moleskine, Spirit and Ale. So, don't worry...be happy!
Sir Hook
You must say Thank You for everything, even seeming trials and worries. Joy is the whole being's attitude of Thank You to Me. Rejoice. A father loves to see his children happy. I am revealing so much to you. Pass it on. Seek to find a heart-home for each Truth I have imparted to you.-Two Listeners
Discontent is the want of self-reliance: it is infirmity of will. - Emerson

Sir Hook, thanks for the image of your dad.

Neale Donald Walsch (Conversations with God) wrote something like:

Happiness is not created as a result of certain conditions. Certain conditions are created as a result of happiness.

You can probably substitute any state of being: love, compassion, abundance...

Events are opportunities for me to decide, and be, WHO I AM.

Sir Hook, thanks for the image of your dad.

Sorry to hear about your father. Great things come from laughter!, even people.
